I was in the gym this week; and as I often do, I watched many of the workout routines going on around me. What I saw was a large number of people working very hard, while realizing very limited returns on their efforts. Simply put, they weren't achieving their fitness and weight loss goals. It made me wonder why, especially since they appeared motivated.
