Fat Loss Vs Weight Loss, Are They The Same Thing

Hi Everyone,

How is everyone doing today?

Summer is fast approaching and as a result there has been a lot of discussion recently regarding all of the different Weight Loss products and programs that are available to us, sure to make us all look great on the beach. Each day there seems to be a new one touting itself to be the magic weight loss cure. I tell my clients that there are no magic cures. To be fit you need a proper diet and exercise. I also tell them that they should not be concerned about Losing Weight, what they should be concerned about is Losing Excess Fat.
