Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Have you ever tried a Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie?  You should, it's great.

A great source of nutrition when you're on the go is a Protein Fruit Smoothie.  The Banana Strawberry Fruit Protein Smoothie is one of my favorite recipes.  It's  quick, nutritious and tastes good.  Don't be afraid to experiment with other fruits and vegetables.  Spinach for example, is one of my favorites to add to my smoothie recipes; give it a try.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 6 strawberries, frozen
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. skim milk powder
  • 1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp. flax oil (optional)


PREPARATION:


In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed
 and serve.
