Welcome to Pop's Kitchen. This recipe is dedicated to those of you who say, "I don't have enough time to eat." Let me ask you, can you give up a total of 5 minutes for proper nutrition in the morning or any time for that matter. I thought so. This recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare and a total of 3 minutes to cook. It's nutritious and tastes great. So there you have it: Fast, Easy, Nutritious, and Tastes Great. A winning combination.

1 CUP LIQUID EGG WHITE
1 CUP ASSORTED VEGGIES (whatever you have in the fridge)
1 STRIP OF TURKEY BACON
1 NON FAT OIL SPRAY
Find a microwaveable bowl that will hold approximately 2 cups.
Spray the inside of the bowl with your non fat spray. This will prevent sticking.
Pour a cup of your favorite Liquid Egg White into the bowl
Put in 1 cup of your favorite veggies in the bowl
Put in 1/2 cup of your favorite non fat or low fat cheeese in the bowl
Put in 1 slice of Crumbled Crispy Turkey Bacon (I make it the night before) in the bowl
Place the bowl into a microwave; and microwave for 3 minutes
When done, the omlette will slip easily from the bowl onto your plate (be carefull your bowl will be hot). Eat as is or top with your favorite salsa.
